These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of MrAg, a mobile application and related services operated by MrRichard LLC ("MrRichard," "we," "us," or "our"). By downloading or using MrAg, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By creating an account or using MrAg, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have read and understood these Terms and our Privacy Policy, and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, do not use MrAg.
MrAg is an AI-powered farm advisory application designed to assist Midwest corn and soybean farmers with crop scouting, grain marketing decisions, field record-keeping, decision window timing, and operational planning. MrAg provides information and AI-generated recommendations to assist your decision-making.
Important: MrAg provides informational and advisory content only. All agricultural, financial, and agronomic decisions remain solely your responsibility. MrAg is not a licensed agronomist, financial advisor, or commodity broker. Always apply your own judgment and consult qualified professionals for significant decisions.
MrAg is offered on the following plans:
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Apple's App Store. Your subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings.
AI usage soft caps apply to all plans, including the Free tier. When your monthly AI usage reaches the cap for your plan, AI-powered features will be temporarily paused until your next billing cycle. Non-AI features including field records, grain tracking, and activity logging remain fully available. MrRichard LLC reserves the right to adjust soft cap thresholds with 30 days notice.
You agree to use MrAg only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
You retain ownership of all farm data, photos, and records you submit to MrAg. By using MrAg, you grant MrRichard LLC a limited license to process and store your content solely for the purpose of providing the MrAg service to you.
Scout photos and AI-generated diagnoses you submit may be used in the future to improve MrAg's own on-device diagnostic features. This use is governed by our Privacy Policy. You may request deletion of your content at any time.
MrAg provides AI-generated crop advisory information for informational and educational purposes only. AI-generated content is not a substitute for professional agronomic advice.
The AI-generated diagnoses, recommendations, chat responses, and decision window assessments provided by MrAg do not constitute professional agronomic, agricultural, or pest management advice. The App is a decision-support tool, not a replacement for licensed agronomists, crop consultants, or extension specialists.
AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for your specific conditions. Crop diagnoses from scouting photos are probabilistic assessments, not definitive identifications. Factors such as photo quality, lighting, growth stage, and regional variability can affect accuracy.
You are solely responsible for all farming decisions you make, including but not limited to crop protection product applications, planting and harvest timing, tillage and field operations, and any action taken based on AI-generated recommendations. Always verify AI-generated recommendations with a qualified professional before taking action, especially for pesticide applications, which must comply with label requirements and applicable laws.
MrAg provides grain marketing tools and financial calculations for informational purposes only. These tools do not constitute financial, investment, or trading advice.
The grain marketing features — including break-even calculations, cost of production tracking, inventory summaries, and any AI-generated marketing commentary — are decision-support tools. They are not recommendations to buy, sell, hold, or otherwise transact in grain or commodity markets.
We make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy of break-even calculations, cost projections, or price information. Market conditions, input costs, yields, and basis levels are variable and unpredictable.
You are solely responsible for all grain marketing and financial decisions you make, including but not limited to forward contracts, hedge-to-arrive contracts, basis contracts, cash grain sales and pricing decisions, cost of production estimates and budgeting, and any financial commitment made in reliance on data displayed in the App. Consult a qualified grain merchandiser, financial advisor, or agricultural lender before making significant financial decisions.
MrAg is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. MrRichard LLC does not warrant that:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MrRichard LLC shall not be liable for any crop damage, yield loss, reduced quality, pest or disease damage, or any other agricultural loss arising from your use of or reliance on the App's AI-generated diagnoses, recommendations, or decision windows.
MrRichard LLC shall not be liable for any financial loss, lost profits, lost revenue, unfavorable market outcomes, or any other economic damage arising from your use of or reliance on the App's grain marketing tools, break-even calculations, or AI-generated marketing advice.
In no event shall MrRichard LLC, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the App, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total cumulative liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in subscription fees during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MrRichard LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, your reliance on AI-generated content for farming or financial decisions, and any crop damage or financial loss resulting from actions you took based on the App's output.
MrAg, including its design, features, code, and content created by MrRichard LLC, is owned by MrRichard LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use our name, logo, or branding without prior written permission.
MrAg integrates third-party services including Anthropic Claude API, Supabase, RevenueCat, Apple, the National Weather Service (NWS/NOAA), PostHog, and Sentry. Your use of these services through MrAg is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. MrRichard LLC is not responsible for the practices, availability, or accuracy of third-party services.
You may cancel your subscription and delete your account at any time through the app or by contacting support@mrag.app. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use MrAg ceases and we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Iowa.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and MrRichard LLC regarding your use of MrAg.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you through the app and update the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of MrAg after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the App.
